Heard the learned counsels for the parties. Perused the case diary. It appears that although there was a delay in lodging the FIR. The allegations relate to an attempted sexual assault, video-recording of the same and making it viral over social media. The video clip has been seized. Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 2 Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
