That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call the entire record relating to petitioner's case. ii) That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of certiorari or appropriate writ by which quash /set aside the impugned orders dated 11.11.2020 (Annexure P-1) 04.11.2020 (Annexure P-2) & 04.11.2020 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent no. 15. iii) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of certiorari or appropriate writ by which restore the result of election of Gram Panchayat Bokkerkhar for the post of Sarpanch, Block Bodla, District Kabirdham (C.G.) declared on 03.02.2020 by the Returning Officer. iv)Any other relief / reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.” 2) None for the petitioner even in two rounds. 3) In the present case, the petitioner was elected as Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Bokkerkhar, Village Kundapani, Tehsil Bodla, District Kabirdham, in the election held on 03.02.2020. Respondent No.1 filed an election petition, which was allowed. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner filed the present writ petition and an interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner on 10.12.2020. 4) Taking into consideration the fact that the term of the Sarpanch has already expired and fresh elections have been held.
