Sri V.Saikiran, learned counsel, representing Sri T.M.K.Chaitanya, learned counsel for petitioner, submitted that cause in this writ petition is RC,J W.P.No.22328 of 2003 3 similar to the writ petitions vide W.P.No.25285 of 2001 and W.P.No.22740 of 2001, which were dismissed by this Court and therefore, this writ petition is also liable to be dismissed and accordingly prayed to pass similar orders. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed for the self same reasons given in Writ petition Nos.25285 & 22740 of 2001. There shall be no order as to costs. Registry is directed to annex copy of the order passed in W.P.No.25285 of 2001 along with this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
