JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 28/08/2025 Heard on application for revival of the Original Contempt Petition No.1456/2019. Grievance of the applicant is that the respondent-university has not considered the case of the applicant-petitioner in compliance with the order dated 02.12.2011 passed by this Court in SBCW No.3016/2008 as well as order dated 26.07.2018 passed in DBSAW No.115/2012. [2025:RJ-JP:34466-DB] (2 of 2) [CMAP-296/2024] We have perused the order dated 20.11.2021 issued by the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur wherein the university considered the case of the applicant and the Selection Committee rejected the candidature of the applicant. In the order dated 20.11.2021, it has been observed as under: “The Committee interviewed Dr. U.D. Tripathi and not found suitable for the promotion from the post of Reader (Associate Professor) to Professor" and gave the following reasons for rejection :- 1. Lack of potential research work during the eligibility period and onwards. 2. Candidate failed to produce any certificate/document showing his contribution in seminars/conference etc. 3. Candidate failed to satisfy committee about significant contribution to academics during eligibility period and onwards.” In that view of the matter, no case is made out for interference. Hence, this Civil Miscellaneous Application is dismissed. (VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI),J (INDERJEET SINGH),J Tushar/7
