Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. 2. Heard the parties 3. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 40/2024 corresponding to Murhu P.S. Case No. 38/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 15(C), 22, 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Khunti. 4. On 16.05.2024, Murhu Police, on the basis of confidential information intercepted two pick-up vans bearing Registration No. JH05BX-9389 and JH01CS-7416 near Gumpudu Dalingkel Road and on search, more than thousand kgs of poppy husks were recovered jointly from both the vehicles. It is alleged that both the petitioners were escorting both the vehicles. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that they were returning from the marriage and they have been become victim of circumstances. 6. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. 7. Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 8. Considering the nature of allegation and the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Khunti in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 40/2024 corresponding to Murhu P.S. Case No. 38/2024. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
