For the Informant: Md. Zaid Ahmed, Advocate --- 03 / 25.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 145 of 2024 arising out of Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 638 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 80(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 3. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased namely Shweta Pandey who committed suicide in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner was preparing for BPSC Examination and he was residing separately at Katihar and the deceased also wanted to reside with him. As the petitioner did not take her to Katihar, she committed suicide. 5. Mr. Zaid Ahmed, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the accused persons used to torture the deceased to enforce the demand of dowry. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh in connection with S.T. No. 145 of 2024 arising out of Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 638 of 2024. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
