Learned State Counsel made a statement at Bar on instruction that after investigation, the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner on 07.04.2025, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would challenge the said charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. 5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings, before the appropriate forum. 6.
