It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that in P.A. Case No. 66/1998-99 Pradhani Patta was issued in the name of the petitioner of Mauza Raghuwadih and he was duly appointed as Village Pradhan and for making necessary entry in the records of rights, a representation has been filed on 08.10.2024 (Annexure-3) on which no decision has been taken and the representation has not been disposed of as yet. 3.
