Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. in D.B. Civil Writ Petition (PIL) No. 10819/2018.“ 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to the report prepared by the Patwari Jajota at Ajmer on 12th August, 2023.
