Heard Sri Sanjay Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 3. Sri Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 4. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to take necessary action against the respondent nos. 5 to 10 for removing their illegal construction raised over Plot Nos. 687 and 692, recorded as Naveen Parti in the relevant revenue records, relating to Village Deepapur, Tehsil Mariyahu, District Jaunpur. 3. In pursuance of the direction of this Court, instructions dated 16.12.2025, sent by Deputy District Magistrate, Mariyahu, Jaunpur, has been placed before the Court, which is taken on record. 4. A perusal of the aforesaid instructions shows that several encroachments were found over Plot Nos. 687 and 692 during inspection of the revenue team. Cases under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been initiated against the encroachers, which have been registered as Case Nos. T-202514360629542; T-202514360629543; T- 202514360629545 and T-202514360629546. 5. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the Tehsildar (Judicial), Mariyahu, Jaunpur, to decide the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sanjay, Vinod Kumar Maurya Counsel for Respondent(s) : Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, C.S.C. Raju Prajapati .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 11 Others .....Respondent(s) aforesaid cases pending under Section 67(1) of the Revenue Code, before him, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties, within a period of three months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
