The respondent filed a counter stating that so far the petitioners are not arraigned as an accused. However, summons under Section 179 of ‘the BNSS.,’ was issued to the petitioners by the investigating officer for investigation purpose. 2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioners are directors of Soulstox India Pvt. Ltd. However, they have not yet been arraigned as accused by the investigating officer. Therefore, the petitioners’ apprehension that they would be arrested by the CBI in connection with the present crime is premature and misplaced one. 3. Hence, the Criminal Petitions are disposed of giving liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach this Court as and when required, pursuant to the registration of a case against them, and apprehending their arrest. _________________________ DR.
