JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 03/02/2025
(2 of 2) [CW-57/2022] This writ petition is lying pending before this Court in defect side for last several years and no steps have been taken by the counsel for the petitioner to cure the defects. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this matter and he has lost interest in pursuing this matter. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to move application for revival of this writ petition, in case, any cause of action or grievance still survives.
