GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: The petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the inaction of respondent Nos. 3 to 5 in not conducting an investigation into the complaint filed by the petitioner, which has been registered as Crime No. 79 of 2021 on the file of Thulluru Police Station, Guntur District, for the alleged offences under Sections 323, 324, 342, 354-A, 355, 506, and 509 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 2 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted, upon written instructions, that the police have completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Mangalagiri, on 03.10.2021. The same was taken on file as PRC No. 19 of 2024 on 22.10.2024. 3. Considering the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that the investigation has been completed and a charge sheet has been filed, nothing further is required to be adjudicated on merits. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
