While placing on record communication dated nil, issued under the signatures of Manager (Tech), HRTC, Divisional Workshop, Taradevi, Shimla, addressed to the Financial Advisor & CAO, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla, Mr. Rahul Thakur, learned counsel representing the respondents, states that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, sum of Rs.10,97,497/- has been paid to the petitioner on account of leave encashment, interest on DCRG and leave encashment @ 7%. Having carefully perused afore document, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the afore submission of learned counsel representing the respondents, as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
