Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the written instructions filed by the respondent police, it was mentioned that the police are not interfering into the civil disputes between the parties. Hence, there may be a direction to the police in the order dated 03.09.2025 in W.P.No.23131 of 2025. Considering the submissions made and for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the paragraph No.5 of the order dated 03.09.2025, passed in W.P.No.23131 of 2025 is modified as follows: “Recording the same, this Writ Petition is SL. NO. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties except under due process of law.
