Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.2 to grant permission to sold out the share of minor child in Arazi No.123 Ga area 0.0040 hectare situated at village Ashadha Pargana Karari, Tehsil Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent No.2 consider the application dated 23.10.2023 which is still pending before respondent No.2 till date." 2. The case of the petitioner No.1 is that petitioner No.2 her grand daughter is a minor and that she has applied for permission before respondent No.2 to sell her share of agricultural land, compromising of Arazi No.123 Ga area 0.0040 hectare situated in village Ashadha Pargana Karari, Tehsil Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi. 3. On query made by the court, as to under which provision respondent No.2 is invested with power to grant permission, he is unable to place any such provision. 4. Consequently, the application appears to be misconceived. Therefore, we decline to issue any direction, and leave it open to the petitioners to approach the authority which is competent under law to grant such permission. 5.
