Petitioner has preferred this CRMP under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suaksha Sanhita, 2023 setting aside the impugned order dated 12/07/2024, passed by the learned First Additional Sessions Judge, Ramanujganj, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) in Criminal NARESH KUMAR KAMDE Digitally signed by NARESH KUMAR KAMDE Date: 2025.01.28 17:32:39 +0530 2 Revision No.50/2023, whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge has affirmed the finding of order dated 23/09/2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Balrampur, District- Balrampur- Ramanujganj in Criminal Case No.299/2020. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the case is fixed for judgment on 28/01/2025 and the petitioner has raised all his arguments and defense before the learned trial Court and therefore, at this stage he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this CRMP. 4. Permission as prayed for is granted. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the trial Court shall decide the case as per provisions of law.
