At the very outset, an objection is taken to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has an efficacious statutory alternative remedy of filing an appeal against the order impugned. 3. After argument has been heard at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with a prayer to allow the petitioner to avail the remedy of filing of an appeal. 4.
