GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents calling the petitioner to come to the Police Station T.Narasapuram PS and asked to sit in the police station entire day on the ground that rowdy sheet is opened against the petitioner is illegal arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the police not to call the petitioner to the police station T Narasapuram PS in the interest of Justice.” 2.
