01. This Court vide order dated 04.04.2024, while dismissing CRM(M) 223/2024, titled “Mohammad Yousuf Malik v. Union Territory of J&K and another”, has directed the petitioner to deposit costs of Rs. 50,000/-, for misleading the Court by suppression of material facts, within a period of four weeks, failing which, ROBKAR was directed to be framed against the petitioner by Registrar Judicial of this Court to recover the aforesaid amount. The relevant para of the order dated 04.04.2024 is reproduced as under: -
“…For the reasons aforesaid, this petition is not maintainable and same is, accordingly, dismissed. However, having regard to the conduct exhibited by the petitioner in mis-leading this Court by suppression of material facts, the petitioner cannot be allowed to go scot-free. Accordingly, an exemplary costs of Rs.50,000/- are imposed upon the petitioner, which shall be deposited by the petitioner in the „Litigants Welfare Fund‟ within a period of four weeks, failing, which Robkar shall be prepared by the Registrar Judicial of this Court to recover the aforesaid amount.”

02. Since the respondent has failed to deposit the amount within a period of four weeks‟, this ROBKAR has been framed.
03. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent has deposited the costs of Rs. 50,000/- with the Registrar Judicial on 27.08.2024, and receipt of same has been placed on record.
04. In view of the above, since the order dated 04.04.2024 has been complied with, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this ROBKAR and proceedings in same are accordingly closed.
