The present transfer petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Original Suit No.550 of 2024 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ranchi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ramgarh. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner/wife that the parties are related by marriage which was solemnized in the year 2022 and the suit has been filed for divorce on the ground of cruelty and unsound mind of the petitioner. On the above basis, prayer for transfer of the suit has been made. 4. Learned counsel for the O.P./husband has opposed the prayer of the petitioner. 5. Having heard the parties and perusing the records, it appears that unsoundness of mind of the wife has been claimed and as such it is desirable that it may be transferred to the place of choice of the wife. 6. Considering the above facts, the Original Suit No.550 of 2024, is hereby, transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ramgarh. 7. The present transfer petition stands disposed of.
