Grievance of the petitioner with regard to incorrect imposition of bill as well as disconnection can more appropriately be examined by the third respondent under Clause 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code 2005. In such circumstances, we provide that if the petitioner approaches the third respondent alongwith a certified copy of this order, the respondent no. 3 shall get the claim of the petitioner examined and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks, thereafter. The claim of the petitioner for restoration of electricity would also be considered within a week of making representation. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed.
