Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Dumka (M) (Masanjor O.P.) P.S. Case No.84/2024, registered under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dumka. On 09.08.2024, dead body of an unknown lady was recovered from a place near Jitpur road lane. The dead body was identified to be that a Phul Kumari. During the course of investigation petitioner was apprehended and he confessed his guilt that he had murdered the deceased. It appears that the petitioner was having affairs with the deceased who was a married lady. Learned A.P.P. after going through the case diary submitted that apart from confession, there is no material against the petitioner on the record. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Dumka in connection with Dumka (M) (Masanjor O.P.)
