1. The petition was disposed of vide order dated 07.02.2025, thereby granting release of the petitioner on parole for a period of four weeks subject to conditions including furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Jail Superintendent, and the surety was to be family member of petitioner. Now the present application has been filed seeking reduction of surety amount from Rs.20,000/- to Rs.5,000/-.
2. Learned ASC fairly does not oppose this application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and order dated 07.02.2025 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of This is a digitally signed order.
