Gupta for respondent no.3. 2. Petitioner has retired from the post of Motor Pump Attendant (Seasonal) in the Kisan Co-operative Sugar Mills Ltd. Puranpur, District-Pilibhit on 31.12.2024. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date his retiral benefits have not been determined. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2. fairly submits that substantial amount has already been paid as well as determination of pension and other retiral benefits will be determined within a short period and in case there is any legal impediment, same will be conveyed to the petitioner within a short period. 5. It is not under dispute that substantial amount has already been paid to the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the basis of above submission, this writ petition may be disposed of. 7. In the aforesaid circumstances, taking note of aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that claim of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law within a short period.
