Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits vide order dated 10.05.2023 passed in B.A. No.2575 of 2023. Petitioner above-named who is in custody since 29.09.2022 (remanded from Ramgarh P.S. Case No.51 of 2022) has renewed his prayer before this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Kathikund P.S. Case No.18 of 2022 (G.R. Case No.753/ 2022) registered under Section 392 IPC. Heard the parties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2022 and the charge has been framed on 19.03.2023 and up- till now, two witnesses have been examined. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer. It is submitted that the petitioner is a professional miscreants having 12 cases of similar nature. There is no change of circumstance, as such, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly the same is again rejected. (Gautam Kumar Choudhary, J.) Sandeep/
