The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 14/2024 arising out of Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 21/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 376-D & 376F of the I.P.C. and Sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act subsequently charge has framed under Sections 376(D), 376(2)(n) of the I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II-cum- Special Judge, POCSO Act, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by the co- ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 6574/2024. 4. The petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have gang raped the victim. It appears that statement of the victim was recorded during the trial and she identified the petitioner as one of the rapist. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
