order or direction declaring to challenging the action of the respondents in highhandedly creating new operation of circle Sri Sathya Sai District at Puttaparthy from Ananthapur Circle and also the head quarters of division office of Ananthapur Rural is shifting to Puttaparthy in pursuant to the orders vide S.0.0 (CGM-HRD) Ms.No.3721 Dt.30.09.2024 issued by the respondent no.3 without taking to account of the conditions laid down in the tripartite agreement held between the employees of AP Electricity department and between the authorities as well as not considering the petitioners union representation for considering their respective grievances for forming of new creation of circle Sri Sathya Sai District at Puttaparthy is illegal and arbitrary, and consequently direct the respondents not to undertake any operations with regard to operation of new circle Sri Sathya Sai District at Puttaparthy, and also not to under take any exercise of shifting of the head quarters of division office of Ananthapur Rural to Puttaparthy and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents not to take any further steps in operation circle Sri Sathya Sai District at Puitaparthy by restraining the respondents from shifting the head quarters of division office of Ananthapur Rural to Puttaparthy in pursuant to the orders vide S.0.0 (CGM-HRD) Ms.No.3721 Dt.30.09.2024 issued by the respondent no.3 pending disposal of main writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

ORDER:
This petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondents in highhandedly creating new operation of circle Sri Sathya Sai District at Puttaparthy from Ananthapur Circle and also the headquarters of division office of Ananthapur Rural is shifting to Puttaparthy in pursuant to the orders vide S.O.O. (CGM-HRD) Ms.No.3721, dated 30.09.2024 issued by the Respondent No.3 without taking to account of the conditions laid down in the tripartite agreement held between the employees of A.P. Electricity Department and between the authorities as well as not considering the Petitioners’ union representation for considering their respective grievances for forming of new creation of circle Sri Sathya Sai District at Puttaparthy as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners addressed a letter dated 17.07.2025 to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission of this Court for withdrawal of the present petition.
