Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated 27.2.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 0037 of 2025, under Sections 69, 115(2), 333, 352, 351(2) BNS, P.S. Mandawar, District Bijnor. 3. Learned AGA has pointed out that although it has been stated in the petition that the petitioner has no criminal history but on instructions he has criminal history of 8 cases. 4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 5. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 6.
