(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in Charge- Sheet No.01 of 2021 dated 19.07.2021, under Sections 420, 409, 120-B IPC and Section 3 of The Uttarakhand Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2005 and FIR No.72 of 2019, dated 07.05.2019, under Sections 420, 406, 120-B IPC, Police Station Bageshwar, District Bageshwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
