Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Galudih P.S. Case No. 39/2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 238/2024, registered under Sections 305, 331(4), 317 (2) of B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Ghatshila. During the intervening night of 04/05.08.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant. Unknown thieves took away Rs. 40,000/- along with several articles and jewelleries. It was submitted that some of the silver jewelries were recovered on the basis of confession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than three months and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It was finally submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Ghatshila in connection with Galudih P.S.
