ORDER:- This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A4, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.321 of 2O24 of Duwada Police Station, VIsakhapatnam Commissionerate. 2. A case has been registered against the Petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C), 8(c) read with 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic substances Act, 1985 (for short lthe NDPS Act'). 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, 'lS that, On 08.10.2024, on receipt of credible information, the Sub-Inspector of Police, along with his staff and mediators, rushed tO Sivalayam Street, Rajeev Nagar, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam and found the accused in possession of 50Kgs of Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seized under the cover of mediators report. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5. Petitioner herein was arrested On 08.10.2024 and since then she is 'ln jud'lcial remand.
