The present application has been filed under Sections 14 & 15 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for termination of the mandate of earlier appointed arbitrator Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, Engineer-in-Chief (retired) vide order dated 30.05.2025, who as per the applicant could not be contacted, despite due diligence. Resultanlty, the prayer has been made for terminating mandate of the Arbitrator and appoint a new Arbitrator. 2. Counsel for the respondents submits that she has no objection to appoint a new Arbitrator. 3. Accordingly, Mr. P.C. Sharma, Engineer-in- Chief (retired) in place of Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma Engineer-in-Chief (retired) is appointed as a fresh Arbitrator, on the same terms & conditions contained in the order dated 30.05.2025 to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. 6.
