Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there is a typographical mistake occurred while recording the year of the crime number and name of the police station in the Order dated 08.09.2025 in Crl.P.No.9222 of 2025, passed by this Court in the main Criminal Petition. It is mentioned as “FIR No.323 of 2022” instead of “FIR No. 323 of 2025” and in respect of the name of the Excise Station, it is mentioned as “Prathipady” instead of “Prathipadu”. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
