None appears for the opposite party No. 2 even in the revised call. The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants to quash the entire proceedings of Special Case No. 326 of 2024, arising out of case crime No. 419 of 2023, under Sections 354-B, 323, 506, 34, I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, Police Station- Gambhirpur, District Azamgarh as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 28.10.2024, pending in the court of Special Judge (POCSO Act), Azamgarh. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/bail application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
