Specifically, the State was required to establish that all encroachments had been duly removed in accordance with the Court’s mandate. In response, the State has placed on record a comprehensive report along with a memo dated - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:2927 WP No. 22919 of 2024 09.01.2025. Upon a thorough examination of the report and the accompanying documents, the Court has taken note of the compliance measures undertaken by the State. 2. After carefully considering the contents of the report, this Court is of the opinion that no further intervention is necessary in the present matter. The documents submitted sufficiently establish compliance with the previous directions. In light of the detailed report submitted by the State along with the memo dated 09.01.2025, this Court finds that the matter stands concluded, and no pending issues remain for consideration. 3.
