The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jaridih P.S. Case No. 109 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109 of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo, Tenughat. 3. On 11.08.2024, at about 07:00 a.m., due to land dispute, the petitioner alongwith 21 other persons assaulted the informant and his family members causing injury. It is specifically alleged that the petitioner had assaulted Devkumar Mahto by farsa, due to which, he sustained injury. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that Devkumar Mahto had sustained simple injury. 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bermo, Tenughat in connection with Jaridih P.S.
