No.9028 of 2022 by the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad, wherein the Tribunal was not inclined to interfere with the orders of repatriation of the writ petitioners dated 25.9.2002. 2. At the time of admitting the writ petition, no interim orders were granted, suspending the orders of repatriation. There is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter due to afflux of time. 3. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non–prosecution. No order as to costs.
