Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 ( 2 ), 109, 303 ( 2 ), 352, 351 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of the BNS and 27 of Arms Act. 3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , these petitioners along with other co- accused persons armed variously assaulted informant and his friend with iron rod and butt of pistol due to which they sustained injury . Considering the nature of injury and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM II Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S.
