--- 04/23.07.2025 Both these Bail Applications arise out of same police case. Accordingly, both these Bail Applications are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties.
The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No.297 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 302, 326/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.
On 21.06.2024, son of the informant went missing. Later on, he was found in injured condition and subsequently, he succumbed to his injuries.
During the course of investigation, the petitioners were apprehended. It appears that on the basis of confession of these petitioners, mobile phone of the deceased and his gold ring were recovered. It further appears that on the basis of confession of petitioner Prem Dome @ Sona @ Sona Babu, a revolver which is said to be the murder weapon was also recovered. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected.
