Mr. Rajan Kahol, Additional Advocate General with Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocate General, for the respondents-State. While placing on record communication dated 17.10.2025, issued under the signatures of Special Secretary (Technical Education) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands complied with. He states that Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to order to promote Mr. Sumit Sharma, Senior Lecturer (Mechanical Engineering) to the post of Head of Department (Mechanical Engineering) (Polytechnic) in the pay level 24 in the pay matrix as per Rules 3(j) of Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022 (the pre-revised pay scale to the post of Rs.15600-391000+7800 grade pay on regular basis. Petitioner has been further permitted to join duties in the office of Directorate of Technical Education, Sundernagar, District Mandi. Having carefully aforesaid order, which is taken on record, vis-à-vis mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, this Court finds that orders passed by this Court in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with, as such, no action of the respondents can be said to be contumacious. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, the same are closed. October 17, 2025 (Sandeep Sharma), (sunil) Judge
