Counsel Sri.Pratheep.K.C., submits that a direction may be issued to the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioners. Counsel Sri.H.V.Devaraju., submits that an appropriate order may be passed. The oral submission made by counsel for the respective parties is placed on record. 4.
