By way of the instant petition the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may please be kind enough in calling the entire records pertaining to the impugned orders. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may please be kind enough in directing the respondents to drop all the recovery proceedings in relation to the time barred loan Agreement No. RLCPRAI000042308 Rs. 58,71,390/- and the loan agreement no. RLCPRAI000042289 Rs. 66,28,610/- between petitioner and respondent no. 5. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may please be kind enough in restricting the respondents from disturbind the peaceful possession of the petitioners and its partners/guarantor over their residence bearing House No. 18, Plot No. 18, Municipal House No. 42/18, New Panchsheel Nagar, Raipur, C.G. 3 10.4 The cost and any other relief deemed fit may please also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 2. On perusal of the prayer in the present petition, it transpires that the present petition is drafted with the prayer which is defective one, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayer as there are no documents placed on record, to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file better constituted petition with all relevant documents. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 5.
