Bare perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition reveals that the writ petition is in respect of selection process initiated vide advertisement dated 18.09.2013. By this time, the process must be over. Although, writ petition was filed in the year 2013, but till this date no steps have been taken by the petitioner even for issuance of notices in the matter. 3.
