This application has been preferred for modification of the order dated 13.09.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6911 of 2023. The modification which has been sought for is with respect to the period of surrender as stipulated in the said order. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had gone outstation for earning his livelihood and could not also arrange the bailors which resulted in a delay and, therefore, the petitioner could not surrender within the time specified by this Court. On consideration of the aforesaid submission the order dated 13.09.2024 passed in A.B.A. No. 6911 of 2023 is modified to the extent that the period of surrender is extended for a further period of three weeks from today.
