Jyotsna Rewal Dua , J Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office letters and on that basis submits that due and admissible Death-cum-Retirement Gratuity has been paid to all the petitioners, however, leave encashment yet remains to be paid to petitioner No.1, 3, 4 & 5. Learned counsel, on the basis of instructions, further submits that the leave encashment shall also be released to the aforesaid petitioners within a period of four weeks from today. His submission is taken note of. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2. In view of the aforesaid office letters placed on record by the respondents and submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present proceedings are closed with hope and trust that due liability towards leave encashment of the aforesaid petitioners shall be defrayed within four weeks i.e. by 11.12.2025.
