GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief/s: “….to issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the inaction of the 4th respondent in considering my representation dated 29.07.2025 requesting for grant permission for new borewell for the agriculture land an extent of Ac.3.00 in RS No.55/3G of Pedavegi Village, Pedavegi Mandal, Eluru District as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 21 & 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for grant permission for new borewell by considering the representation dated 29.7.2025 and pass such other order or orders…. 2. 2. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in not addressing the representation dated 29.07.2025 filed seeking permission for digging borewell in the place identified by the Geologist, in RS No.55/3G in an extent of Ac.3.00 cents of Pedavegi village and Mandal. 4 3. This Court on 15.09.2025 directed the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, to secure instructions. However, he is not secure instructions. 4. This Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition at the admission stage itself directing the 4th respondent herein to address the representation dated 29.07.2025 in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner herein within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
