Tamphamani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents. [2] The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders dated KABORA MBAM SAPANA CHANU Digitally signed by KABORAMBAM SAPANA CHANU Date: 2026.06.26 13:35:28 +05'30' WP (C) No. 582 of 2025 Page 2 10.10.2022 passed by this Court in WP (C) No. 832 of 2022 and order dated 20.10.2022 passed in WP (C) No. 900 of 2022 and that the present writ petition can be disposed of by passing similar order. [3] Mr. Shyam Sharma, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted he has no objection in disposing of this writ petition by passing similar order mentioned above. [4] In view of the submission made above by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the record, this Court is satisfied that the present writ petition can be dispose of by issuing the following directions: (i) The claim of the petitioner for payment of undisputed outstanding bills shall be examined and verified either by the Chief Engineer, PWD or any Executive Engineer of the Department duly authorized by the Chief Engineer of the PWD; (ii) The process for examination and verification should be completed within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order; and (iii) After examination and verification of the claim made by the petitioner and if the same is found to WP (C) No. 582 of 2025 Page 3 be correct, the respondents should immediately take steps for releasing the outstanding bills due payable to the petitioner in accordance with the seniority based on completion of execution of work.
