No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing the instant MCC. 2. Mr. Kunal Das, learned counsel for the applicants, would submit that the applicants are rustic villagers, belongs to poor family and they are not educated, therefore, MCC could not be filed within time. Learned counsel for the respondents opposes the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicants. 4. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the reasons mentioned in the application for condonation of delay, I do not find any good ground or explanation for condoning huge delay of 2141 days in filing the instant MCC.
