State of U.P., under Section 6 of the U.P. Control of Goonda Act as well as order dated 12-05-2023 passed by respondent no.3 in Case No. 121 of 2023, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Control of Goondas Act. 2. The main order has been passed under Section 2/3 of UP Control of Goondas Act, which is effective only for six months. The period of externment got over on 12-11-2023 hence, with efflux of time the matter has become infructuous. 3. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
